Kit Harrington is finally returning to HBO – but not as Jon Snow.

The Game of Thrones actor is joining the upcoming season of HBO’s finance drama Industry. Deadline reports that Harrington will be joining Season 3 as Henry Muck, CEO and founder of green energy company Lumi.

Industry Season 3 will show Pierpont & Co’s slate of young bankers working with Muck as they take Lumi public. Harrington will have a recurring role in the season, which will reportedly be just eight episodes long.

Production for Season 3 will begin later this month in the U.K., Deadline reports.

The HBO drama has been described as a cross between Euphoria and Succession for the way it depicts its cast of young graduates navigating their jobs at a high-paced international bank.

The show, which is produced by Bad Wolf Production for HBO and BBC, has largely been flying under the radar at HBO compared to its other blockbuster series. But Industry Season 3 will surely be an explosive installment to the show, considering where Season 2 left off. Harrington’s addition to the cast could also be the leg-up it needed.

This is not the only HBO project Harrington is reportedly involved in. A Jon Snow spinoff series was announced last July, though few updates have been given regarding the project. It also appears to be just one of many GOT spinoffs HBO has on the docket.

Harrington’s career-defining role in Game of Thrones earned him two Emmy nominations throughout the show’s run.

Though he has starred in a number of projects since Game of Thrones ended in 2019, it appears that HBO fans will definitely be tuning in to see if Harrington still has his acting chops.
