Fran Fraschilla is high on the first addition of St. John’s offseason.

The ESPN college basketball and NBA Draft analyst thinks Arizona State transfer Joson Sanon can make an immediate impact in Queens.

“He’s a scoring machine, he’s a bucket. He’s got a natural gift for a player so young to not only make shots, but it’s also an art form to create your own shot, and he has that gift,” Fraschilla, who has followed Sanon since his high school days and called multiple Arizona State games this season, told The Post in a phone interview. “He has an NBA future with physical maturity and someone like Rick [Pitino] riding herd on him, so to speak. He is absolutely a talented scorer and the kind of kid, depending on how long he stays at St. John’s, who can lead the league in scoring.”

The 19-year-old Sanon, a 6-foot-5 wing from Fall River, Mass., put up solid numbers as a freshman for Arizona State, averaging 11.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and shooting 36.9 percent from 3-point range on 4.5 attempts.
