FOX is taking their content to streaming.

FOX One, the media company’s new streaming service,
“will bring all of FOX’s leading News, Sports and Entertainment branded content together in one dynamic streaming platform,” per FOX’s May 12 press release. The release also states that the platform “is on track to launch in the fall ahead of the NFL and College Football seasons.”

“For the first time, cord-cutters and cord-nevers will have live streaming and on-demand access to the full portfolio of FOX brands including FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, BTN, FOX Deportes, FOX Local Stations and the FOX network as well as the option to bundle FOX Nation within one platform,” the release shares.

On the page currently dedicated to the new venture on FOX’s website, FOX One is described as a “single destination to stream everything Fox, made for how you watch.”

Claiming that “FOX has the most loyal and engaged audiences in the industry,” FOX One CEO Pete Distad shared a statement in which he noted that the service “is designed to reach outside of the pay-TV bundle and deliver all the best FOX branded content directly to viewers wherever they are.”

“We have built this platform from the ground up to allow consumers to enjoy and engage with our programming in new and exciting ways, leveraging cutting edge technology to enhance the user experience across the platform,” Distad added.

Variety reports that FOX Corp. CEO Lachlan Murdoch said on an earnings call on Monday that the platform is targeted “at the cordless community,” as he noted that they “do not want to lose a traditional cable subscriber to FOX One.” The outlet also writes that he told listeners that the price “will be healthy.”

FOX also announced its 2025-2026 slate, which includes the return of series such as Animal Control, Going Dutch, Bob’s Burgers, The Masked Singer, and Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. Several new shows were also unveiled, including limited series The Faithful and dramatic thriller Memory of a Killer, the latter of which takes inspiration from a 2003 Belgian film titled De Zaak Alzheimer (La Memoire Du Tueur). The network will also bring back Seth MacFarlane‘s American Dad! after their 10-season-long move to TBS, per The Hollywood Reporter.
