Four people — including three young boys — were injured Tuesday after gunfire erupted in a Bronx park, according to hospital and law enforcement sources.
The gunshots rang out inside St. James Park near Jermone Avenue and 193rd Street shortly before 6 p.m., the NYPD said.
A 3-year-old boy suffered a graze wound while a 12-year-old boy was shot in the leg, sources told The Post.
Two other males — including a 6-year-old — were also struck near the rear of the neighboring St. James Park apartment complex, the sources said.
The 6-year-old was also shot in the leg, a hospital representative said.
All four were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital.
Their conditions remain unknown.
The incident is still under investigation.
The shooting is the second to occur in a Bronx park in 24 hours.
A 17-year-old was hit in the torso by a round apparently intended for someone else while inside Grant Park in Morrisania around 10:50 p.m., cops said.
She was taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.
The police are still looking for the gunman.
