You never know what you’ll come across during a round of golf these days.

A wild brawl broke out on the golf course at Bailey Ranch in Owasso, Oklahoma between a group of former MMA fighters and civilians at a nearby home on Monday, according to TJ Eckert, a sports anchor in Tulsa, who reported the altercation.

A video on Twitter captured the melee and showed a few people getting dropped on the course as multiple fights broke out.

The reporter shared context from both sides in separate tweets, which did not identify the former MMA fighters and others involved.

“Golfers (pink shirt, bald guy etc.) say kids were running around on course,” Eckert wrote.

“They told kids to get back on other side of fence so they didn’t get hit by ball. Lady from house yells at golfers, says dads will fight them. Golfers are former MMA fighters.”

Another tweet, which explained context from the “house side” read: “Golfers told house/kids to watch out. House made joke back. Bald guy freaked out, yelled at/cussed out kids and wives.

“Men from house ran out to confront golfers/stand up for women and children. Fight ensues.”

When someone asked what the backstory is, Eckert said he hadn’t “been given one.”

The video appeared to be filmed by someone in a nearby golf cart, and Eckert said he was sent the footage on Tuesday morning.

“You want to go down too?” someone can be heard yelling, including, “Stay down, you’re gonna get f–ked up.”

Another person yelled: “Hey, hey, stop!”

It’s unclear if anyone was seriously injured in the altercation, or if police were called.

The scene at Bailey Ranch occurred a few days after a separate brawl took place over slow play at a golf course in Lakeland, Fla.
