A Florida woman quit her job at Chick-fil-A to become an OnlyFans model in Los Angeles and has managed to rake in $14,000 a week.
Kylie Rocket, 22, was working at Chick-fil-A where she made a measly $13 an hour when in 2019 she played a small role in an adult film that earned her $1,000 a day, according to the Daily Star.
However, the Orange Park native’s work quickly got around her small town and her Christian-influenced job and she was forced to quit after rumors spread about her.
“Then I was contacted by someone inviting me to film a scene for an adult movie, the payment was $1,000 so I did it but I went back to work at the chicken shop which caused me some problems,” she said, according to Daily Star.
“It was a nightmare for me, people would come up to me in the store and shout out my character’s name.”
Her boss “lost trust” in her and she said she “felt depressed about the whole thing.”
“I went from being their star training director who could wrap 24 sandwiches in four minutes to being a big joke,” she said.
Financially, it was a blessing in disguise for the 22-year-old, who – even after several promotions – could hardly pay her bills and couldn’t afford vacations or nice clothes.
As she neared her 18th birthday, she began talking to the models she followed on social media, which eventually led her to the adult film industry.
She devised a plan with her twin sister to quit the popular chicken chain that she had worked at since she was 15.
“The only thing I kept from the chicken shop was my name badge,” she said.
After quitting, she packed her bags and moved to Miami, where she “felt famous” as she was always “in demand” as a model.
Shortly after, she started OnlyFans in June 2020 and finally moved out to LA and started making $14,000 a week doing sexy movies and photoshoots, according to Daily Star.
Since changing career fields, she has purchased a BMW and two Louis Vuitton bags and rents a three-bedroom home in Woodland Hills, the Daily Star reported.
Despite not being ashamed of her job, she still avoids going to her hometown, as she can feel their “judgmental eyes on me when I visit home.”
“I’m proud that I changed my life,” she said. “Everyone my age has thought of doing OnlyFans, I was just brave enough. While they are close-minded, judging and miserable, I’m getting rich and having fun.”
