This is the Finest service.

A Florida police officer brought groceries to a customer after arresting a fugitive delivery driver on a slew of charges, including failing to register as a sex offender and driving with a suspended license, viral video shows.

A female officer from the Titusville Police Department can be seen on doorbell camera footage knocking on the front door of a home last week.

“Hello, uh, you ordered groceries?” she asks a woman who opened the door.

“Yes,” she responded, confused to see a cop on her front porch.

“Your driver got arrested so we’re delivering your groceries,” she tells the shocked woman, who begins chuckling.

“We didn’t want your groceries to go to waste so we have all your groceries and we’re going to bring them in for you,” the cop says.

A male officer brings in a few bags and politely asks, “Where would you like them?”

After another trip with several more bags, all the groceries were successfully delivered and the woman thanked the officers as they departed, the video shows.

The delivery driver, Richard Robertson, 40, was wanted on felony charges in Texas and Florida, Fox 35 Orlando reported.

Jail records show he was arrested with two felony counts for failing to register as a sex offender, felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He is being held at the Brevard County jail on a $26,000 bond while awaiting trial.

Homeowner Jeff Neu thanked the police officers for being so thoughtful.

“They definitely went above and beyond and did a wonderful job,” he told Fox 35.

“My dad was a police officer when I was growing up, so I have the utmost respect for them, so when I saw that, it was wonderful to see,” Neu added.

The Titusville Police Department said in a statement that they “remain compassionate and appreciative of our citizens, and we’re happy to complete the delivery of paid groceries to a valued community member.”
