An alligator eating another alligator became a sight to see at the Orlando Wetlands Park in Florida.
Photographer Barbara D’Angelo shot the two-minute massacre, which left the victim dead.
“I watched as this gator had his prey in his mouth and slammed the remaining body and tail like a whip,” D’Angelo explained on Facebook.
“This he did at least 3 times
“His victim was folded in thirds. If you can see the gators eyes clearly, he had his eye on me the whole time!”
The unsettling images, which were taken on March 6 at the man-made wetland in Orange County, show a bull alligator with its jaws clenched around a much smaller alligator, which is hanging from its mouth.
D’Angelo, a Miami native who lives in Michigan, was actually about to leave the park, but a sound alerted her to the action.
“I heard a splash behind me, and I turned around, and I saw that big gator swimming around (with something) in his mouth,” she told News 6.
The shutterbug kept still and took out her camera to capture approximately 35 photos of the violent scene.
“I watched him lift his head, and then he thrashes the gator’s body backwards,” she told the outlet.
“You watch him snap his neck in one picture.”
