WASHINGTON — The Liberty entered Friday’s game against the Mystics feeling tired yet accomplished following their gritty <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/05/29/sports/shorthanded-liberty-survive-scare-in-rematch-with-valkyries/">82-77 win against the Valkyries</a> at Barclays Center the night before.&nbsp;

So far, the Liberty haven’t had the toughest schedule to start the season. 

The reigning champions opened the season against the Aces before hitting the road for Chicago and Indiana.
