The Worldwide Leader reportedly offered Qerim a new contract, but she opted to move on from the network she has worked at since 2006, when she started with the digital/mobile team, <a href="https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2025/09/15/sources-molly-qerim-moving-on-from-espn-first-take/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to Sports Business Journal. </a>
