Donald Trump’s campaign is set to launch a digital ad painting President Biden and Democrats as the “party of violence,” The Post first learned.

The nearly 90-second ad features clips of Biden in 2016 and 2018 saying he would want to take Trump “behind the gym and beat the hell out of him” if the two were still in high school, followed by videos of other Democratic leaders talking about protests and lack of civility.

The fiery campaign ad also shows snippets of a 2018 video of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wondering “why there aren’t uprisings all over the country” due to Trump’s border policies.

Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton then appears, declaring in a fervent 2018 rant, “you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for.”

The ad then shows Rep. Maxine Watters (D-Calif.) encouraging her supporters in 2018 to harass members of Trump’s cabinet in public in response to the former president’s border policies separating children from their parents.

“If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome,” Watters said at the time.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) is also featured saying, “there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there’s unrest in our lives” in 2020 in response to Trump’s administration turning a “deaf” ear to voter concerns.

Some comments in the video directly target Trump, like pop singer Madonna saying in 2017 she has thought about “blowing up the White House,” while others show Biden on a hot mic saying “what a stupid son of a bitch” about Fox News’ Peter Doocy.

The ad comes as the Biden camp has zeroed in on Trump’s recent use of the word “bloodbath” and has accused him of encouraging violence by posting a video showing Biden tied up in the back of a truck.

“To Joe Biden and his mouthpieces in the mainstream media accusing President Trump of using ‘violent rhetoric’ – take a look in the mirror. The Democrat Party is the Party of Violence, as proven by their continual threats against President Trump and his supporters, their open border invasion of violent illegal criminals, and their soft-on-crime policies that allow criminals back on the streets,” Trump’s national press secretary Karoline Leavitt told The Post.

The presumptive GOP nominee has been highlighting violent crime during Biden’s presidency over recent months — even attending the funeral of hero NYPD officer Jonathan Diller in New York, who was shot by a career criminal who had been arrested 21 times.

Trump also met the family of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student who was killed by an illegal migrant in Georgia.

Biden’s camp hit back at the Trump ad by arguing he’s the one who embraces violence.

“Donald Trump embraces political violence and honors those who assaulted law enforcement and attempted to overturn our democracy on January 6th,” said Biden campaign spokesperson James Signer.

“Every day since his loss, Trump has become more dangerous, erratic, and vindictive – obsessed with putting his retribution and personal interests ahead of the American people.”
