A third suspect in the fentanyl-related death of a 1-year-old boy at a Bronx day-care center was hit with federal drug charges Monday.

Renny Antonio Parra Paredes was charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death for his alleged role in the drug-front child care facility, Manhattan federal prosecutors said.

Day care owner Grei Mendez De Ventura, 36, and alleged cohort Carlisto Acevedo Brito, 41, were hit with federal charges last week in the death of little Nicholas Feliz Dominici at the Kingsbridge childcare facility – an alleged front for a drug-peddling operation. The pair also face state murder and child endangerment charges.

Mendez and Brito are being held behind bars without bail.

Authorities are still looking for Mendez’s husband in connection with the toddler’s death, with the manhunt now expanding to the couple’s native Dominican Republic, The Post reported earlier on Monday.

The fugitive was described by police sources as “the main player” in the alleged drug-selling operation.

Prosecutors said Mendez made several calls, including two to her husband, before calling 911 after she found the toddlers unconscious around 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 15.

Three people, including daycare owner Grei Mendez, 36, have now been charged in the fentanyl-exposure death of 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici, at left, in what authorities said was a drug operation at the children facility.

She is also suspected of deleting more than 21,000 messages with her husband dating to 2021 before turning her phone over to cops, prosecutors said.

The three other sickened kids — a pair of 2-year-old boys and one of their 8-month-old sisters — were saved with the overdose-reversal drug Narcan, Mayor Eric Adams said last week, but Nicholas was pronounced dead shortly after he was found unconscious by first responders.

Grei Mendez, 36, owner of the Divino Nico Daycare in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx, was charged with murder last week after one of the children in her care, 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici, died from fentanyl exposure.
Murder suspect Carlisto Acevedo Brito, 41.
Carlisto Acevedo Brito, 41, was arrested last week and charged with murder and child endangerment in the fentanyl-exposure death of 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici. Police said Brito and the daycare owner ran a drug operation.

Authorities said they uncovered a kilo of fentanyl sitting on mats the children slept on, according to court papers. They also seized several “kilo presses” used to combine the drug with cocaine or heroin.
