The Issue: An FBI raid on the home of Mayor Adams’ top campaign fundraiser Brianna Suggs.
Top Mayor Adams fundraiser Brianna Suggs was the beneficiary of a raid by the FBI (“Turkey and the $kimmings,” Nov. 3).
The FBI is investigating her fundraising for the mayor and possible political corruption relating to Turkey.
It’s no secret that Adams has been the most outspoken Democrat criticizing President Biden for his open-border policy and the hundreds of thousands of migrants who have arrived and will continue arriving to New York. Biden is not happy.
Is it possible that Adams has become the latest on Biden’s political enemies list and is the recipient of the attention of a weaponized Department of Justice?
We are still waiting for an early-morning raid on Hunter Biden.

From Day 1, Adams has been arrogant in his dealings with the media and the general public. His message always seemed to be: “I’m better than you.”
Let’s see how that attitude changes now that his hand may have been caught in the cookie jar.
Now you are just like the rest of the liberal politicians across the country. You can’t be trusted.

Do you really believe the FBI raided Adams’ staff member because of fundraising?
This is right out of Biden’s playbook on taking down your enemy. The new Gestapo is right here in America — only they don’t wear uniforms, they wear suits.
Mayor Adams, you went against this administration, now you have to pay the price. Funny how this works.
Wake up, America. Elections have consequences. We are losing our country faster than anyone thought possible.

After speaking out about Biden’s failed immigration policy, Adams finds his fundraiser’s home raided for an alleged kickback scheme.
Coincidence? Or further evidence of Biden’s willingness to weaponize the Department of Justice as punishment?
Robert Mangi, Brooklyn
The FBI raided the home of an Adams campaign fundraiser, in an investigation of possibly illegal funds given to his campaign.
If it found that he committed wrongdoing, then a special election should be held to put a more competent politician in place to lead the city — before the serious problems we face get totally get out of control.

The Issue: Steve Cuozzo’s column discussing recent difficulties getting reservations at city restaurants.
Thanks to Post restaurant critic Steve Cuozzo for his scathing report on the new requirements for getting a reservation at high-end Manhattan restaurants (“Puttin’ on the fritz,” Oct. 3).
Aside from the blatant price-gouging that’s going on throughout the industry, owners have found a new way to make money: use of reservation apps.
The purpose of employing such apps is to generate yet more income for the restaurant by charging for this service and then overbooking to make their expensive restaurants seem even more “exclusive.” Customer service be damned.
Gerard Rosenthal

There is a simple solution to Cuozzo’s restaurant reservation dilemma: Don’t make them!
Either don’t patronize the establishment or just walk in. I’ve seen many places that are supposedly “fully booked” but are actually half-empty.
