Four members of a family — including a young boy and girl — were found stabbed to death in their Upper West Side apartment on Monday afternoon, police sources said.

The father and mother, 41 and 41, respectively, were discovered inside the home on West 86th Street, near Riverside Drive, at around 3 p.m. along with their two kids, a 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl, the sources said.
