Sydney Sweeney was spotted touring a magical Bel-Air estate that’s now on the market for the first time in decades, Gimme Shelter can reveal exclusively.

Sweeney’s Los Angeles home tour comes as the Hollywood star and real-estate aficionado celebrated her 28th birthday with a space-themed event. The “Euphoria” alum’s new beau, music mogul Scooter Braun, 44, also attended. The power couple were also spotted holding hands while on a double date with Sweeney’s parents last Sunday in LA, Page Six reported.

Specifically, the property is now on the market for the first time in 80 years — asking $14.99 million and, we hear, Sweeney swooned over the estate.

“She likes old houses — buying and restoring them,” a source told Gimme.

Built in 1936, the nine-bedroom main house has been the site of epic parties, where the late, legendary French singer Édith Piaf performed for presidents and royalty. It’s also where dinner guests over the years included everyone from Joan Crawford to Joan Collins and Candy Spelling, said listing broker and reality TV star Josh Flagg, of Compass.

“It was a social hub for parties — one of the most important homes in LA,” Flagg said, adding that it is now a “time warp on the market for the first time in 80 years.”

In addition to the nearly 8,200-square-foot main house, this offering includes at least one guest house and sits on 1.88 acres, overlooking the Bel-Air Country Club golf course.

The property also features a pool, a “championship” tennis court and a “city-block-long” private, gated driveway, according to the listing.

Inside the main house, there’s a large foyer, a formal living room, a dining room with marble floors, a library, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry. There’s also a second-story den with a bar.

Sweeney, who has starred with Brad Pitt in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” has also co-starred in “White Lotus,” season 1; co-produced and starred in “Anyone But You;” and is currently promoting her latest film, “Christy,” in which she plays boxing champion Christy Martin. She is also starring in American Eagle’s controversial add campaign, and staying mum about the backlash.

The talented actress is also a savvy real-estate investor. Her recent home tour is yet another sign that the star has moved on from ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino, her former partner of seven years, although they may still own property together.

Last year, Sweeney bought a $13.5 million home in the Florida Keys — $4.5 million less than its original ask. The home was purchased via a trust; it’s unclear whether Davino was involved in the deal. The mansion includes a saltwater infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a 520-bottle wine room and a 330-gallon aquarium, along with a dock that can hold six boats.

In addition, Sweeney and Davino paid $6.2 million for a Bel-Air “fixer upper” that they bought at auction in 2023, paying $250,000 over ask. That home, which sits on 1.2 acres and once housed Hollywood screenwriter Delmer Davies, is currently under construction.

In 2021, Sweeney also paid $3 million for a five-bedroom Tudor-style home in LA. Built in 1933, the dwelling, described as a “rare offering,” was listed as being on the market for the first time in almost half a century. In an interview with Glamour, where she was profiled as a 2024 Woman of the Year, she described it as “Snow White’s chateau.”

Sweeney also reportedly helped her parents pay off their mortgage in Spokane, Washington, where she grew up. “As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do,” she told Who What Wear last year.

And in an endearing interview on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” in December 2023, Sweeney explained how she bought back her great-grandmother’s home, where her mother and grandmother were born.

“My great-grandma had this beautiful house. It’s a two-bedroom, cute house that they lived in. My grandma was born in it, my mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home. When my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandmother got old, they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore. Last year, I called up the owners and I said, ‘I want to buy my great-grandma’s house back,” she said.
