He’s taking a bigger bite out of the Big Apple.
Jacob Batalon, who stars in the comedy series “Reginald the Vampire,” was recently spotted house hunting in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with his interior designer fiancée, Veronica Leahov. They eyed a $2.45 million penthouse there, spies told Gimme Shelter.
The residence is at the Huron, a new-construction waterfront tower designed by architect Morris Adjmi. “He already lives in Brooklyn and was interested in moving to the water,” a friend said.
Batalon is also known for playing Ned — the best friend of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man character in the Marvel films. He did not immediately respond to Gimme’s request seeking comment.
The two-bedroom, two-bath dwelling comes with a 96-square-foot balcony. Design details include high ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with East River and Manhattan skyline views.
The aerie opens to a foyer that leads to a living and dining area with a chef’s kitchen. A main bedroom suite features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath.
The building boasts 30,000 square feet of amenities including a 50-foot indoor saltwater pool overlooking the river, a gym, a mirrored dance studio with ballet bars and a sauna.
There’s also a residents’ lounge, a formal dining room, a co-working space, a game room and a children’s playroom. Outside, there’s a waterfront promenade, a private park and two rooftop lounge areas.
