Grammy-nominated musical duo Sofi Tukker are about to list their colorful Williamsburg garden triplex for $3.6 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

The talented pair — Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern — are best friends, bandmates, business partners and roommates who met during college at Brown University in 2014. They’re known for Bossa Nova-inspired electronic dance music.

The home, like them, is cool — with perks including a shared pool, a hot tub and a barrel sauna outside.

“Living in the heart of Williamsburg with our own pool in the backyard has been such a dream. We have been spending so much time on the road touring, we aren’t able to enjoy it in the way we would like to, but we are so excited for the new owner to be able to! It’s really the best house ever,” Hawley-Weld told Gimme.

It may be hard to imagine, but their relationship is strictly platonic, although they have likened their relationship to putting their music first.

“We’re working towards something together that we know we both need each other for, Halpern told Nylon, with Hawley-Weld adding, “It’s almost like what people who have kids feel like, when they’re like, ‘The kids are above all else!’”

The friends and musical partners bought the apartment — filled with pops of hot pink, red, orange, blue and lots of neon — at the South 2nd Street Lofts, 126 S. 2nd St., for $3.5 million in 2022.

But they are rarely there, especially since their Wynn Las Vegas residency kicked in at the start of the year.

The residence is 2,267 square feet and comes with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a home office-slash-media room — along with 557 square feet of landscaped outdoor space, also featuring a built-in grill and planters.

It’s also the only unit with direct access to the pool deck.

“It’s a rare opportunity for someone to own a condo that feels like a private townhouse with a pool,” said listing broker Ian Slater, of Compass.

Design details include cast-in-place exposed walls and ceilings, perforated metal shading elements, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private keyed elevator.

The smart-wired residence features an open chef’s kitchen, wide-plank oak floors, and custom wood and metal closets.

Built in 2021, the six-story, three-unit building off Bedford Avenue is just a few blocks from the L train.
