NextImg:Exclusive | Kathy Hilton shares her beauty ‘non-negotiables,’ including the at-home laser that has her ‘obsessed’

Call it the mother of all beauty hauls.

As a busy mom of four, fashion fixture and regular guest on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Kathy Hilton still manages to make time for self-care.

“I focus on beauty from the inside out now — hydration, sleep and daily supplements,” Hilton tells Page Six Style ahead of Mother’s Day.

“I start every morning with tons of water — if you’ve seen me on TV or Instagram, you’ll recognize that signature blue Saratoga bottle by my side. I’ve heard people are now plunging their faces into bowls of cold Saratoga water. I just drink mine … for now.”

As you might guess, Hilton’s beauty routine is equally luxe. Below, shop her skincare and makeup staples, from the products she calls “non-negotiables” to the at-home laser she discovered from daughters Paris and Nicky.

Knesko Skin

“I’m a big fan of masking — I’ll throw one on during glam, while resting or on a Zoom call with the camera off. I love the Knesko eye masks. “

Black bottles and a box
Retrouvé

“My skin is always drenched in Retrouvé’s Intensive Replenishing Moisturizer, or if I’m filming, their Dynamic Nourishing Face Cream — it’s perfect under makeup.”

A spray bottle
EltaMD

“Not using sunscreen from day one [is my biggest beauty regret]. Sunscreen is a non-negotiable. I love EltaMD’s spray because it gets all the tricky spots, and I use Bliss for my face and hands.”

A white bottle
Sontse

“For a sunless glow, I exfoliate with a Sontse glove and use their tanning product.”

A purple tube of makeup
Westmore Beauty

“I top that with Westmore Beauty body makeup for extra polish on arms and legs.”

A white bottle with cream
U Beauty

“After every shower, I slather on U Beauty’s The Sculpt Arm Compound — obsessed. [And] don’t sleep on hand care — it gives you away.”

A bottle of foundation
Lancôme

“[One of my] non-negotiables.”

Pink lipstick
Charlotte Tilbury

“Always in my bag.”

A mascara tube
Lancôme

“For mascara, it’s Lancôme Lash Idôle Flutter Extension. I don’t do extensions — this one gives the drama without the fuss.”

A clear perfume bottle
Jo Malone

“Perfume is my mood ring — Baccarat Rouge 540, Jo Malone Grapefruit, Creed Carmina and Soma Ayurvedic Jasmine Oil all have a spot on my vanity.”

“[Paris and Nicky] got me into the Lyma Laser — we’re all obsessed.”

A black box and lip balm container
Retrouvé

“I introduced [Paris and Nicky] to Retrouvé. In fact, I just booked Nicky a facial with them when she was in town. I’m devoted to [their] facials. When I’m filming, I get them every 10 days — always with dermaplaning. It keeps my skin balanced and makes makeup glide on beautifully.”

Colorful printed bags
Beth Ladd

“I don’t do minis! I use the Beth Ladd vinyl-coated bags. They come in adorable prints, can be monogrammed (which I love) and are spill-proof and easy to clean. They make the perfect Mother’s Day gift — fill them with a few favorites and you’re set.”

A blue bottle
Tru Niagen

“My weekly Niagen IVs are sacred. Total game changer. More energy, stronger hair and nails, and better sleep — what more could you want? And I never skip my Tru Niagen capsules.”

A white container
OMI

“They’ve become a daily essential.”

A container of gummies
Arrae

Hilton named this as another of her favorite daily supplements.
