Barkin — who made her name in the 1982 hit “Diner” and went on to star with Al Pacino in “Sea of Love,” Dennis Quaid in “The Big Easy,” Natasha Lyonne in an episode of the “Poker Face” series and Joe Mantello in “The Normal Heart” on Broadway — was once married to billionaire Ronald Perelman and, earlier, actor Gabriel Byrne.

The three-story, 21-foot-wide, turnkey and smart-wired home is around 4,800 square feet. Husband-and-wife dasCasa team Sven and Sara Simon — he’s a developer and she’s an interior designer — bought the place from Barkin in 2023 for $11 million; the results of their collaboration are stunning.

The parlor floor boasts an open chef’s kitchen, a dining area and a media space with lots of room for entertaining.

Design details include two wood-burning fireplaces with marble mantels, an 11-foot-long custom bar, high ceilings and access to an outdoor dining and cooking area, terrace and garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find a main bedroom — with a walk-in dressing room, a spa-like bath and a private terrace — plus two additional bedrooms with en-suite baths and high ceilings, along with a home office with a terrace.

A roof deck boasts an additional bar. Below ground, a partially excavated cellar could be transformed into a laundry room, a game room or a gym, per the listing from Elegran brokers Christian Rogers, Matthew Wojnarowicz and Eileen McGill
