DraftKings is stepping up against fierce competition.
Next weekend’s NFL slate will mark a massive change for DraftKings this upcoming football season, The Post has learned.
DraftKings will grade all four-leg Week 1 NFL parlays, both in-game and pre-game, as winners, as long as three of the legs cash.
This is to say that all of your four-leg parlays should be placed at DraftKings.
DraftKings tells The Post they had more than 30 million parlays with three legs or more that lost by one leg during the 2024 NFL season, with 2 million customers missing by one leg at least once.
It’s an obscene number of parlays placed at one of the country’s largest sportsbooks.
The expectation is the frustration from being so close but losing will subside at least for Week 1, as normally losing bets get graded as winners and bettors hope to line their pockets with parlay winnings.

It is expected that $30 billion will be bet in the United States this football season, a big portion of which will be wagered at DraftKings.
The battle for customers is a big piece of the puzzle for all online sportsbooks; notably, Fanatics Sportsbook, led by Michael Rubin, has turned up the heat in their own way.
Fanatics Sportsbook is offering bettors prop bet refunds if a player exits a game in the first half due to injury as part of its new “Fair Play” initiative.
DraftKings swiftly followed suit with their new “Early Exit” promotion.
“Competition is in DraftKings’ DNA,” DraftKings’ Chief Revenue Officer Greg Karamitis told The Post. “We’ve long maintained that competition not only benefits the customer experience, but also forces us to continue to innovate to be the very best.”

When asked how they felt about being called out in an advertising campaign featuring Livvy Dunne for copying their “Fair Play” program, Karamitis pointed out that they were here first.
“DraftKings has refunded bets on many occasions when a player exits early due to injury since launching our industry leading online sportsbook in 2018,” Karamitis said. “Early Exit is simply our way of codifying this for our customers and committing to it up front.”
Week 1 begins Thursday night with the Cowboys-Eagles game, where the promotion starts with maximum bet sizes varying by customer.
