Bethenny Frankel is adding a new feather to her cap — and turning heads in feathered fashion.
The 54-year-old entrepreneur wowed fans with her ab-baring dress on L’Oréal’s Le Défilé runway during Paris Fashion Week on Monday — but for her, the moment goes well beyond designer duds and sky-high heels.
“I don’t care about the season or designer or price,” Frankel tells Page Six Style. “I care about how something makes me feel … How I feel comes first.”
The “very decisive” content creator picked only the second dress she tried on for the occasion, saying fashion “shouldn’t be so complicated.”
“I think sometimes people force what they think they should wear — and what people want versus how they feel — and it’s not authentic,” adds the star, who made her fashion week debut at last year’s L’Oréal show.

She brought the same philosophy to her makeup this time around, getting glammed up in some of the drugstore beauty buys she’s helped go viral — including the “beyond elite” L’Oréal Paris Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil and the Colour Riche Original Satin Lipstick she “adores.”
“It colors, hydrates, and lasts — plus the price is right,” she says of the “no-brainer” lipstick.

The TikTok phenom even gave her makeup artist tips on applying her beloved True Match Lumi Glotion as body bronzer before the show — with a puffy brush instead of a mitt — saying, “the lord’s work is knowing all the good drugstore tips.”
She brushed (bronzed) shoulders with plenty of fellow famous folks backstage, too; L’Oréal’s starry catwalk also featured Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Viola Davis and Eva Longoria, to name but a few.

“Backstage is electric,” says Frankel, adding that “most people are very fun and friendly.”
After all, as the star pencils things in on her already-packed schedule, she doesn’t say yes to just any high-fashion opportunity.
“The L’Oréal show was really about celebrating that you’re worth it and showing up as your authentic self,” she says. “If I don’t enjoy something, I don’t do it.”
