Jay Cutler barely did any hard time.

The former NFL quarterback left jail late Wednesday evening, according to TMZ, roughly two-and-a-half days into what had been slated to be a four-day stay beginning Monday in Williamson County, Tenn.

Cutler, 42, agreed to jail time as part of his deal with prosecutors after pleading guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI, TMZ previously reported.

The former Bears, Broncos and Dolphins quarterback agreed to the time behind bars in exchange for Williamson County prosecutors dismissing a weapons charge.

In addition to the jail time, Cutler reportedly had to pay a $350 fine, serve one year of unsupervised probation, attend a DUI safety course and had his driving license suspended for one year.

Cutler’s legal woes stemmed from a DUI arrest last Oct. 17 in Franklin, Tenn.

The ex-Vanderbilt star allegedly rear-ended a vehicle in front of him before offering the driver $2,000 to not involve the police, WGN reported last year.

Officers said Cutler slurred his speech, had bloodshot eyes and declined a sobriety test at the scene, and they discovered two firearms — a rifle and a loaded block — in his car.

Cutler had a blood sample taken at a local hospital.

He originally received charges of DUI, failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision, implied consent and possession of a handgun while under the influence, but those were dropped due to the plea deal.

Perry Lee, who was driving the car Cutler hit, filed a lawsuit against the former signal caller, US Weekly reported last month.

Lee alleges Cutler was “at fault” for the crash and “failed to use reasonable and due care in the operation of the vehicle he was driving so as to avoid injury to other persons using the roadway, including (Lee),” per the US Weekly article.

He is seeking $250,000 in damages, per the Tennessean.

Cutler played in the NFL for 12 seasons from 2006-17 after being selected in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the Broncos.

He earned Pro Bowl honors in 2008, and finished his career with 227 touchdowns to 160 interceptions.
