Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson were championing a Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift romance long before the NFL became the rumored couple’s biggest fans.
In a resurfaced clip from the Aug. 3 episode of their “Calm Down” podcast, the Fox Sports stars hyped up the Chiefs tight end following his July revelation that he failed to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her “Eras Tour” stop in Kansas City.
“Taylor, I don’t know what you are doing in your life right now besides rocking the world,” Andrews said at the time.
“Please try our friend Travis. He is fantastic … Take us up on this. Go on a date with this guy. Do it for America.”
Thompson then doubled down on Andrews’ plea to Swift, stating: “There is no one that would give you a better time than this guy.”
Their manifestation has since come to fruition as Kelce and Swift’s budding romance has taken much of the world by storm.
And Monday, the two-time Super Bowl champion thanked Andrews, 45, and Thompson, 41, for their efforts.
“You two are something else!!” Kelce, 33, commented on Instagram. “I owe you big time!!”
First linked romantically in September, the rumor mill exploded Sept. 24 when Swift, 33, cheered on Kelce and the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium during the team’s Week 3 win over the Bears.
The pop megastar sat in Kelce’s suite with his mom, Donna, and later celebrated the victory at an intimate bash with the eight-time Pro Bowler.
Swift supported Kelce again this past weekend when she and her A-List pals watched the Chiefs’ 23-20 win over the Jets at MetLife Stadium on Sunday night.
Though it’s unclear if Swift will travel to Minnesota this weekend when Kansas City faces the Vikings, Kelce stated last week on his “New Heights” podcast that he won’t be sharing certain details about his personal life.

“She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows, like the McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out, like you said on that Thursday night game, I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend,” Kelce said.
“So everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports and saying alright now will have to be kind of where I keep it.”
