German-American model-actor Nicole Nagel (“ER” and “Suddenly Susan”) has listed her geometric home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $11.99 million.

The one-of-a-kind digs at 167 S. Westgate Ave., known as Constellation 167, have been featured on “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

Built in 1992, the home was architect Eric Owen Moss’ first residential project, long before he created the controversial (W)rapper Building in Culver City, Calif.

Designed with a unique mix of curves and sharp, pointed angles, the home’s modern edge is amplified by its use of steel, metal, mahogany and terrazzo, combined with windows that look like a “Mondrian puzzle,” and “interstellar lines that look like a point in time,” says Nagel, the daughter of an architect.

She bought the four-bedroom, five-bath home for $4.2 million in 2011, and spent the next few years renovating its 5,476 square feet.

Its highlights include a chef’s kitchen, custom lighting and skylights that make it feel “like [light] is dancing across the rooms,” she says.

The property also features a unique lap-and-lagoon-style pool, with ocean views from an elevated deck.

“The pool, also designed by Moss, looks like a lake, with a lap pool cutting through the middle,” Nagel explains. “Each side of the ‘lake’ has different functions: one side is the Jacuzzi, separated from the lap pool by a 20-foot plexiglass panel, and the other side is like a beach with very low water and lounge chairs, framed by lush vegetation that mirrors on the water surface.”

There’s also a landscaped garden with lime fruit trees.

Furniture designed by Moss — including the dining room and kitchen tables plus custom lighting — is also available for sale.

The listing brokers are Sally Forster Jones and Tamara Bakir of Compass, and Marc de Longeville with Vista Sotheby’s.
