NextImg:Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s former LA home lists for $6M

This Los Angeles home comes with a dash of celebrity history — and now it’s looking for a new set of owners.

In the Hollywood Hills, at 2410 Crest View Drive, a four-bedroom perch asks $6 million. Its listing describes perks including mid-century architecture, 3,657 square feet — as well as the home being the “serene sanctuary once owned by two silver screen actors.”

Those actors, according to a brokerage representative, are Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.

The pair purchased this property in 2014 for $2.57 million and sold it in 2016 for $3.5 million, according to property records.

Blunt and Krasinski asked $3.49 million for the home and ultimately sold it in less than two months, the records also show. This new listing, which hit the market in early March, marks the dwelling’s first time for sale since that 2016 deal.

The Golden Globe-winning Blunt and “The Office” mainstay Krasinski sold this California residence to move east to Brooklyn. In late 2015, they shelled out $6 million for a single-family townhouse in prime Park Slope, only to list it in 2017 for $8 million because they reportedly weren’t spending much time there.

(That Brooklyn home later sold in April 2018 for $6.56 million, according to city property records.)

Back in California, this one-level offering — built in 1965 — comes redesigned and stands on a double lot off Mulholland Drive at the end of a cul-de-sac.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the bones also include a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, lots of counter space and top-name appliances — while the cozy recessed living room has a gas fireplace and a beamed ceiling.

A formal dining room and an adjacent study lead out to the backyard, which includes a covered loggia, a saltwater pool — and looks out to mountain and city views.

Back inside, the master suite — which also opens to the yard — delivers a sitting area, a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath retreat clad in marble.

Ruben Perez, of Compass, has the listing.
