In addition to her acting career and current turn as a daytime talk show host, Drew Barrymore also curates a quarterly magazine.
The TV host, who doesn’t shy away from sharing parts of her personal life with her audience, even when it gets TMI, brings that same energy to Drew Magazine, where she writes about people who inspire her, feel-good news, and lifestyle products she can’t live without.
Drew Magazine’s spring 2023 issue theme is “How We Do It” — a look into how Barrymore, her friends, and a variety of experts tackle their busy lives. In addition to a day in the life photo spread, Barrymore also shares tips for a calm mind and happy heart, and some of her favorite products that keeps her day productive, from practical organizational items to skincare tools.

This highlighter pack comes with six “cream color” shades. Barrymore says, “Color coding helps me see where my time is going. I use different colors for my girls, work, travel, social, and – if there’s spare time left over – myself.”
“It holds just the right amount of liquid, fits in your cup holder, and doesn’t leak. I love this cup!” says Barrymore. The cup comes from her very own line of lifestyle products from Walmart.
Barrymore “love[s] a depuffing moment before work, before going out – basically anytime.” This one from Sundree can be refrigerated overnight for a cooling effect that also calms inflammation and lifts, tightens, and tones the skin.
On journaling, Barrymore explained, “keeping a gratitude journal is a daily practice. It keeps me present to the good that is all around me, even when things seem dark.” Her favorite journal comes in a few colors with lined, unlined, square, and dotted pages inside.
“I don’t go anywhere without my backpack. It’s practical and holds up to the wear and tear of my daily life,” Barrymore says, about the Jansport bag that comes in a variety of colors.
