Happy? Apparently not.

The “Happiest Countries” list was released, and Finland, not Disney World, is the happiest place on earth.

The United States ranked 23rd, just ahead of war-torn Ukraine and Haiti.

And according to a poll from the Citizens Budget Commission, just 30 percent of New Yorkers are happy with their quality of life.
