The View has been going strong for 26 years — but lately, ABC has only been playing repeat episodes. Therefore, we understand why you may be worried about whether the show is coming back. Luckily, we have you covered on everything you need to know!

The last time we saw Whoopi GoldbergSunny HostinSara HainesAna NavarroJoy Behar and Alyssa Farah Griffin was on Friday, Aug. 4. The group of women had just wrapped a successful Season 26 filled with riveting political discussions, fun celebrity interviews and plenty of recommendations for summer reads from Joy’s Banned Book Club.

So, why exactly is The View off the air today? Was it canceled?

No, The View didn’t get canceled. The show won’t be airing a new episode today — or for the rest of August — as the ladies are currently on their annual summer hiatus. Instead, ABC will play reruns of previous episodes. Check out the full schedule below.

The co-hosts are set to return to The View for Season 27 on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

The View might not be airing new episodes for the rest of the month, but ABC will be playing reruns, meaning you can catch up on anything you might’ve missed!

Here’s the lineup of episodes that will air throughout the rest of this week and the beginning of next week, courtesy of ABC. It should be noted that the episodes are subject to change.

Thursday, Aug. 24 — originally aired July 18, 2023 — Performance from Michael Bolton 

Friday, Aug. 25 — originally aired July 19, 2023 — The Political View with 2024 Republican Presidential Candidate Will Hurd; Jenna Lyons

Monday, Aug. 28 — originally aired July 21, 2023 — Christopher Nolan

Tuesday, Aug. 29  — originally aired July 25, 2023 — Jim Gaffigan; Paul de Gelder

Wednesday, Aug. 30  — originally aired July 26, 2023 — Jason Reynolds
