Dean McDermott was photographed moving his belongings into a storage unit on Tuesday, just days after announcing his separation from estranged wife Tori Spelling.
McDermott, 56, was seen without his wedding ring as he hauled boxes and duffel bags of his things into a repository, according to photos exclusively obtained by Page Six.
The “Chopped Canada” host looked morose on the outing, wearing sunglasses, navy Converse hightop sneakers, distressed jean shorts and a white T-shirt that notably showed off his large tattoo of Spelling.
McDermott stacked his possessions, including tennis rackets and hockey sticks, in the unit.
The big move comes less than a week after McDermott posted and then quickly deleted a statement announcing that he and Spelling, 50, were divorcing after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” McDermott wrote Saturday in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
He added, “We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this. Thank you all for your support and kindness. ????.”

A source claimed days later that McDermott’s divorce announcement came “out of the blue.”
“Their friends have seen their ups and downs through the years, but they really did seem to be in a good place in recent months,” one insider close to Spelling told People.
“This feels really out of the blue. If this had happened a year ago, it would’ve been expected because things were terrible between them. Sure, they still had their disagreements and didn’t always see eye to eye, but the past six months things had felt good between them.”
McDermott and the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum got married in 2006 and share five kids: sons Liam, 16, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6, and daughters Stella, 15, and Hattie, 11.
The pair sparked speculation that they had separated in 2021 they were both seen without their wedding rings.
That same year, Spelling was photographed having an argument over the phone outside a lawyer’s office while holding files labeled “custody,” “support” and “assets.”
The split rumors came after McDermott copped to cheating on Spelling in 2013 and subsequently checking himself into rehab for sex addiction the following year.
Spelling has yet to speak out about the split, though she did make a bold statement by wearing a “Boys Lie” T-shirt on Tuesday while McDermott was busy moving his belongings.
Similarly to her estranged husband, Spelling did not wear her ring on the outing.
She also seemingly sent a telling message when she didn’t publicly wish McDermott a Happy Father’s Day on Sunday.
