Jacky Oh, the longtime partner of “Wild ‘N Out” star D.C. Young Fly, died from complications of cosmetic surgery, according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s investigations report.
The manner of death was listed as an accident.
The report, obtained by Page Six Friday, details that following a “gluteal augmentation procedure” on May 30, during which there were zero complications, the report notes.
She was prescribed with various medications such as Ciprofloxacin, Oxycodone and Ondansetron post-surgically.
Oh, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, then developed an unrelenting headache and was advised to take ibuprofen and cease the Ondansetron by a nurse.
On May 30, Smith “began to feel like her head was burning” and then began to have “difficulty speaking.”
Smith’s aunt called emergency services, and by the time they arrived, Smith had become unresponsive.
She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The mom of three was 33.
