NextImg:David Duchovny finally sells NYC home after 2 years and $600K loss

After nearly two years on the market and a $1.5 million price cut, David Duchovny is finally parting ways with his beloved Central Park West apartment.

“The X-Files” star purchased his longtime co-op in the Ardsley building in 2012 for $6.25 million. But he sold it this past week for $5.65 million — a $600,000 loss, records show. The Real Deal was the first to report on the transaction.

Initially, Duchovny, 62, was hoping to score $7.5 million when it hit the market in May 2021. But without any offers, the actor was forced to cut the price, eventually deciding to unload the home at a significant loss.

It is unclear what Duchovny’s next moves are. The Post has reached out for comment.

Located at 320 Central Park West on the 19th floor, the corner pre-war residential is pegged as a New York classic, designed and developed by Emery Roth.
