Big bets are flying left and right from Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy.
Portnoy has followed up his $2.16 million betting win on UConn with a $300,000 bet on Scottie Scheffler to win the Masters at +450 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Should Scheffler be putting on the green jacket come Sunday evening, Portnoy’s bet would win him $1.35 million.
Combined with his UConn win, the Barstool founder stands to profit $3.51 million in just seven days if the favored Scheffler puts on a show at Augusta National and win his second major.
Scheffler won the 2022 Masters, which is still his lone major win in his career.
Portnoy’s bet moved the odds of Scheffler across the sports betting market, as +450 has evaporated and Scheffler is down to +400 to win the Masters.
Scheffler is a large favorite ahead of Rory McIlroy, who has the second-best odds at +1000. McIlroy ranks slightly ahead of Jon Rahm (+1100), Xander Schauffele (+1400) and Brooks Koepka (+1600).
The bet was placed on DraftKings, which is a bit of a change from years past when he used to wager on Barstool Sportsbook.
Barstool Sportsbook has since been shut down, and Penn National has rebranded it ESPN BET.
Prior to this, Penn had purchased controlling ownership of Barstool Sports but was preparing to go into business with ESPN.

As a backdrop to the ESPN BET-Penn deal, Barstool Sports was sold back to Portnoy for $1.
Portnoy then landed a betting partnership for Barstool with DraftKings worth reportedly eight figures a year.
Now, he’s looking to grab even more money from the gambling giant.

DraftKings tells The Post that since Portnoy’s bet, Scheffler has the biggest handle (15 percent of all money) and most total bets (12 percent) of any golfer ahead of the Masters.
Scheffler is followed by Koepka, who has 12 percent of the betting handle and nine percent of all bets.
