Damian Lillard is heading back to Rose City.&nbsp;

Lillard, 35, is finalizing a three-year, $42 million deal with the Trail Blazers, <a href="https://x.com/ShamsCharania/status/1945956216733085863" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Thursday</a>.&nbsp;

As part of the deal, there will be a player option for the 2027-28 season and a no-trade clause.&nbsp;
