NextImg:Cowboys QB Dak Prescott signs Packers hat by mistake: ‘What the f–k’

Dak Prescott fumbled again.

A video posted Friday on X, formerly known as Twitter, shows the Dallas Cowboys quarterback quickly signing autographs for fans.

But perhaps he was too quick.

Six seconds into the video, Prescott says, “No way. Did I just sign a Packers hat? What the f–k? Excuse my language.”

Prescott can’t be blamed for the mistake — and good for him to apologize for the f-bomb.

After all, he was nice enough to stop for autographs and clearly was trying to get to as many people as possible.

Prescott hasn’t been in the headlines much this week, with most of the focus going to quarterback Trey Lance, who Dallas acquired from the 49ers last Saturday in exchange for a fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Lance, the No. 3 pick overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, said Prescott has been a big help in Big D.

“He welcomed me with open arms,” Lance said. “(Tuesday) was the first time I ran into him, but that meant a lot to me. This business is crazy. He’s a guy who has obviously played at a very high level for a very long time. Nothing but tons of respect for him.”

Lance sits at No. 3 on the Cowboys quarterback depth chart behind Prescott and Cooper Rush.
