Conor McGregor’s birthday was just like anyone else’s – except millions of people seemingly saw him fully naked.
The UFC’s biggest name had a bit of a tongue-in-cheek response to having his bare skin floating throughout the internet on Monday.
“Happy birthday to me!” McGregor, who turned 37 on Monday, posted on X, completely ignoring the firestorm created on social media when rapper Azealia Banks accused him of sexual harassment.
Banks claims that McGregor sent fully nude photos unprompted to her in X direct messages, while the cage fighter has not addressed the claims in any way.
“How you gonna send a bitch a some crooked d–k pics then threaten her not to tell,” Banks said in a social media post alongside alleged photo evidence of him naked. “@TheNotoriousMMA n–a do you know who the f–k I am? This is HARAM.”
“The Notorious One” posted on X multiple times with no recognition of Banks’ claims.
McGregor posted a video just under two minutes long, in which he buried his face in cucumber ice water while surrounded by balloons and talking to a fan while standing outside on his yacht.
“The McGregors have arrived,” he said after landing in Sardinia, an island in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Italy and Sicily.
He also posted a picture of himself in a yoga position while sitting on his yacht with the caption, “EVERYDAY PRAY,” on his Instagram.
McGregor had previously been photographed in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., kissing a mystery brunette woman.
He is engaged to his longtime fiancée, Dee Devlin, who is the mother of his four children: Conor Jr., Croía, Rían and Mack.
McGregor came to fame through a rapid rise while fighting in the UFC, beginning in 2013, and became a two-division champion by 2016.
Since then, his net worth has skyrocketed, notably after he launched the Irish whiskey brand Proper No. 12 and sold it for $600 million, although he hasn’t fought much since then.
He has been teasing a run for the Presidency of Ireland in recent years, including when he visited the White House to meet President Trump.
Although his current court case involving sexual assault of an Irish woman, for which he was found guilty but is appealing, and this current saga are sure to be a distraction from his ultimate goal.
