Multiple Colorado football players allege that jewelry was stolen from their locker room during their game at UCLA on Saturday.

In a video posted on YouTube by Well Off Media chronicling the road trip after the Buffaloes lost 28-16 to the Bruins, several players were talking about the alleged thefts.

One player was asked if his chain was stolen during the game, and he answered that it was and shook his head with disgust.

A second player similarly shook his head with aggravation when asked if his stuff was stolen.

A third player said, “You gonna play football, you better know your s–t’s safe.”

One of the players said that he had just gotten the item that was stolen, adding, “I had the jewelry box and everything. They took it out of my jewelry box.”

An off-camera voice informs the players that somebody, presumably an investigator, will be in touch with them.

The UCLA athletic department confirmed to OutKick that items were reported missing.

“The UCLA athletic department confirmed that a report was filed to the Pasadena Police Department following the UCLA-Colorado football game regarding items that were reportedly missing from the Colorado locker room,” a spokesperson told the outlet in a statement.

“UCLA is in communication with law enforcement, Rose Bowl Stadium officials and the University of Colorado on the matter.”

The Pasadena Police Department confirmed to the LA Times that an investigation is ongoing.

The paper also reported that there was no video surveillance inside the locker room that could have captured the incident.

Deion Sanders, Coloardo’s head coach, once had his office ransacked during a game at Jackson State.

“I’m pissed off right now,” Sanders told reporters at the time, in 2021.

“While the game was going on, somebody came in and stole every darn thing I had in [the coach’s office].”

After the UCLA game on Saturday, Sanders was not happy with Colorado’s offensive line after his son, quarterback Shedeur Sanders, was sacked seven times and hit many more.

“The big picture, you go get new linemen,” Sanders said. “That’s the picture, and I’m gonna paint it perfectly.”
