At least one Yankee is leaving The Bronx for Queens. 

Right-handed pitcher Clay Holmes has agreed to a three-year, $38 million contract with the Mets, The Post’s Joel Sherman first reported Friday night. 

Holmes has spent the last four years with the Yankees, making two American League All-Star teams (2022, 2204).

He recorded 74 saves with the Yankees, including a career-high 30 this past season, though he was removed from the closer’s role after struggling over the summer.

According to Sherman, the Mets plan to try Holmes as a starter but can use him as a setup man for Edwin Diaz as a fallback option.
