A judge has finally granted Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman the right to dismiss his divorce against wife Mariangela King after the court initially denied the request.

According to court documents filed earlier this week and obtained by Page Six, the request was approved “without prejudice,” meaning Allman could re-file at a later date.

The 47-year-old, who filed for divorce in 2021 after eight years of marriage, first submitted the petition to call off the dissolution of his marriage on Jan. 3.

However, the dismissal was denied weeks later seemingly because of a temporary order for support that was in place.

The judge’s alternate ruling comes just as Cher lost her bid to have a conservatorship over her adult son on Monday.

Allman appeared in court with his legal team and King, 36, who has been adamant that her husband does not need a guardianship.

Judge Jessica A. Uzcategui noted that she ruled against Cher, 77, because her son proved he has “managed his finances,” “has an apartment,” and “has remained drug-free” after submitting “several drug tests.”

The Grammy winner had filed a request to be Allman’s conservator back in December, claiming he could not oversee his own financial matters because of his history with drug abuse.

Court documents previously obtained by Page Six showed Cher alleged that “any funds distributed to Elijah will immediately be spent on drugs, leaving Elijah with no assets to provide for himself, and putting Elijah’s life at risk.”

King blasted the “Believe” singer on behalf of her husband, whose dad is late musician Gregg Allman, at the time.

She previously told Page Six that Cher “historically excluded” her from making decisions regarding Allman’s care — such as when the singer allegedly “kidnapped” her son to get him into rehab and placed him in a “locked cage” instead of a “legitimate, ethically operated” facility.

“I have always been a champion for the sober community and for Elijah’s sobriety. … What I am not ok with are establishments that exclude me (his wife) from being part of Elijah’s treatment and hopeful recovery,” King — who has been married to Allman since 2013 — added in January.

“I am not ok with pop-up, makeshift, unethical scam rehabs which take full advantage of families in desperate situations and seek to fraudulently exploit insurance companies for services not rendered.”

Weeks later, King reiterated in court documents that Cher was “not capable” of managing Elijah’s affairs because the “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer was allegedly “manic depressive” and “categorically unfit.”

Elijah declared in an objection of his own that he had been “successfully managing” his finances, rented a home with King and remained sober.
