Pop legend Cher hired a group of men to kidnap her troubled son from a hotel room while he was attempting to save his marriage with his wife, according to newly reported court documents.

Elijah Blue Allman, the youngest son of the “Goddess of Pop,” was with Marieangela King in New York last November when the four men barged into their hotel room, according to a declaration made by King in Los Angeles Court, the Daily Mail reported.

The pair had spent 12 days together before Allman was taken away by the men on Nov. 30, 2022 — the day of their wedding anniversary.

“I am currently unaware of my husband’s wellbeing or whereabouts,” she wrote in the declaration signed Dec. 4, 2022, according to the outlet. “I am very concerned and worried about him.

“I was told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by petitioner’s mother.”

She additionally said she believed he was “in lockdown” at an undisclosed treatment facility without access to his phone.

“I understand his family’s efforts to make sure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband,” she said.

Allman filed for divorce from King in 2021.

He was reportedly staying at the famed Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood for about six months this year before recently landing back in rehab.

Hotel workers would reach out to Cher over his concerning appearance, insiders told the Daily Mail.

 “Virtually every morning and afternoon Elijah could be seen in front of the hotel on the sidewalk either leaning against the wall or sitting on the sidewalk smoking,” one source told the outlet.

“He would come out with a full cigarette and by the time he had finished it, he would be passed out,” the source added. “It always looked like it was dipped in something. He looked strung-out and messy, like he was a homeless person living on the streets.”

A caretaker was hired by the “Turn Back Time” singer to watch after the 47-year-old, but Chateau Marmont staff found him lying face down and unconscious on the pavement in front of the hotel entrance, the Daily Mail reported.

The hotel staff picked him up and brought him inside before authorities arrived two days later and took him for a rehab stint, sources told Daily Mail.

Cher has had a rocky relationship with her son and her former daughter-in-law, and reportedly has gone lengthy periods without talking to him.

Allman, also a musician, told Entertainment Tonight in 2014 he has dealt with drug addiction. Cher shares her son with former husband, the late musician Gregg Allman.

“I started with drugs around the same time that we all did, around eleven. I mean it’s just what you did, it’s just what everybody did,” he reportedly said. 

He also said at the time he had been sober since 2008.
