NextImg:‘Cash me outside’ girl Bhad Bhabie, 20, is pregnant

Bhad Bhabie, the internet sensation who gained fame as a troubled teen on “Dr. Phil” in 2016, is pregnant.

The 20-year-old rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, posted two mirror selfies of her baby bump to Instagram on Friday without a caption.

In the photos, the “Cash me outside — how bout dat?” line-deliverer shows off her tattooed arms in a tight, short-sleeve white T-shirt that just covers her growing belly.

The Post has contacted reps for Bhabie for comment.

The only other post on the “Bi Polar” rapper’s Instagram is her wishing her boyfriend Le Vaughn a happy birthday on Nov. 11.

It is unconfirmed whether Le Vaughn is the father or how far along Bhabie is, but the pair were spotted leaving Porta Via in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

Bhabie dressed in a baggy zip-up hoodie and tried to hide her face and stomach with her purse, but eventually unzipped the jacket and exposed her belly.

The OnlyFans creator celebrated her 20th birthday in March by twerking on her mom, Barbara, in a teeny pink bikini.

“She didn’t learn this from me because I don’t know how to do it,” Barbara said in a video of the lap dance.

In 2016, Barbra brought Bhabie on “Dr. Phil” because she was an out-of-control 13-year-old with a serious attitude.

But Bhabie used her viral appearance on the show as a career-launching pad, even proving that she made over $50 million on OnlyFans.

Last April, Bhabie claimed she would appreciate it if people stopped associating her with the interview that made her famous.

“[People think] I’m so in love with being the girl who got famous for being on ‘Dr. Phil’ and saying some crazy s–t. That’s not how I feel,” declared Bhabie. “Call me the youngest female of the decade to go platinum … Call me some s–t like that! Call me the girl who got a million-dollar makeup deal! The girl who made over 50 million dollars on OnlyFans!”
