A nonagenarian actress best known for her eponymous variety show has offloaded her longtime California crib.

Comedian Carol Burnett — who celebrated her 90th birthday in late April — has sold her Los Angeles condo unit for $3.7 million, or $200,000 less than its most recent asking price. 

The three-bedroom property first listed this past October for $4.2 million. 

The Texas-born, Hollywood-raised star, who played Miss Agatha Hannigan in 1982’s “Annie,” had lived in the Wilshire condominium building since the 1990s, when she and her husband Brian Miller purchased a 25th-floor apartment. 

The Wall Street Journal first reported the sale. 

The listing agent was Graham Larson of Sotheby’s International Realty Pacific Palisades Brokerage. 

Located in LA’s Westwood neighborhood, the abode offers “dazzling views” of the Santa Monica Mountains from every room and underwent an extensive remodeling in 2011, according to press materials shared with The Post. 

The apartment is entered through a controlled-access elevator, which opens directly into the private foyer and, through a Neoporte steel door, leads into the grand living room with its full wall of windows and surround sound. 

There’s a primary suite with two walk-in closets. It also has a dual bath with stone countertops, cosmetic lighting and a Kohler whirlpool tub.

Elsewhere, there’s a ledger stone wall-equipped dining room, fumed solid-walnut floorings — and custom furniture, fabrics and solid-wood interior doors. 

Residency at the complex brings access to a slate of luxury amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, a door attendant, an onsite building manager, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a pool and 36-bottle wine storage lockers. 

According to the unidentified buyers’ agent, Barbra Stover of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate, the dwelling’s new owners were looking to downsize from their nearby property and liked the apartment’s remodeling and location on the Wilshire Corridor, the Journal reported.
