Bryan Cranston and Catherine O’Hara were shocked to learn that Andy Cohen, a gay man, knew a little bit about sports on Thursday night’s (Feb. 1) episode of Watch What Happens Live.
During their visit to the Bravo Clubhouse, the Argylle co-stars were enlisted in several of WWHL‘s signature games — including “Do! Straight Guys! Give a Damn?” The game asked Cranston, a straight man, to “speak for the entire heterosexual male community” when it comes to whether his “straight brothers” give a damn about current events in pop culture.
“So I’m straight — I must know every other straight guy?” Cranston asked, to which Cohen joked, “Exactly. It is so weird that I come in contact with a straight person that I need to know: what are you thinking?”
So what do straight guys not care about? The return of Vanderpump Rules following Scandoval, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Monica Garcia coming out as Reality VonTease, and whether Taylor Swift will make it from Tokyo to Las Vegas in time for the Super Bowl.
According to Cranston, straight men also don’t give a damn about the “Stanley water bottle craze” that’s “sweeping the nation.” In fact, the trendy new item left both him and O’Hara with some questions.
“Is it supposed to be like the Stanley Cup? It’s kind of almost like that,” the Home Alone star wondered, referring to the National Hockey League trophy, before Cranston turned to Cohen and asked, “Stanley Cup — do you know what the Stanley Cup is?”

Both actors simultaneously leaned into the Bravo boss, with O’Hara questioning, “Do gay men know?”
When Cohen confirmed that he had actually been to the Stanley Cup tournament, Cranston jokingly fired back, “You’re not gay!” to which Cohen sarcastically replied, “I’m a gay guy that loves sports!”
The host then double-clapped his hands, prompting the Harlem Globetrotter players, who were bartending on the episode, to pass him a basketball.
“Yeah!” Cohen exclaimed as the ball hit his hands. “He caught it again!”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
