The Bronx home from which Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez launched her spirited campaign in 2019 has sold for $250,000, The Post has learned.

Ocasio-Cortez was renting the two-bedroom, one-bathroom pad in the Parkchester section since 2018.

Last summer, she registered the same address during her re-election bid, records show.

Although this has been her consistent address throughout her time representing New York’s 14th congressional district, neighbors previously told The Post they rarely saw her around.

In 2019, following her election win, one neighbor, who lived down the hall from the congresswoman’s apartment for 40 years, said he’d never seen her or her fiancé Riley Roberts, who has also claimed the address as his own.

“I would have remembered,” said the neighbor when shown a photograph of Ocasio-Cortez.

Ocasio-Cortez later shot back, and said that she has moved out of the 760-square-foot unit shortly after her 2019 election win, despite records showing she continues to mark down that address as her Bronx residence in election petitions.

The home measures just over 760 square feet.

“I still live in my hood and literally instagrammed from my apartment tonight,” Ocasio-Cortez, now 33, said in a February 2019 tweet.

“A man was just arrested last week with a stockpile of guns specifically trying to kill me & others,” Ocasio-Cortez added in her tweet. “So yeah I’m not gonna disclose my personal address or tell people when I move. Sorry!”

Ocasio-Cortez was referring to US Coast Guard Lt. Christopher Paul Hasson, who was allegedly plotting to murder Democrats and journalists when he was arrested on drug and gun charges this month.

According to the previous listing, the home has been completely renovated.

Built in the 1940s, the unit is an open-concept remodel and offers stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a tile backsplash and counter seating.

The full bathroom has also been remodeled, the listing notes.

Even though she no longer lives in the home, a rep previously said she had moved into another two-bedroom apartment in the area.

The unit sold in 2017 for $135,000.

“Convenient to EVERYTHING with fast access to major highways and transportation with dining, shopping, recreation, and local culture right in your backyard,” the listing said. “Parkchester, where convenience meets community!”

Reached for comment, a rep said there’s no comment on where Ocasio-Cortez resides for safety reasons, but confirmed she lives in the NY-14 district.
