The Islanders can breathe a sigh of relief.

After Brock Nelson exited <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/03/21/islanders-top-maple-leafs-despite-losing-brock-nelson-to-injury/">Tuesday’s win over the Maple Leafs</a> during the first period, Nelson was a full participant in practice on Thursday before the Isles traveled to Columbus.

That is the best news possible for a team already missing Mat Barzal and in need of every win possible down the stretch.
