Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany enjoyed a cozy date night Friday at a place near and dear to their hearts.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the wife of the Chiefs’ superstar quarterback, 30, posted selfies of the couple at 1587 Prime, the newly opened Kansas City steakhouse owned by Mahomes, also 30, and his teammate, Travis Kelce.
The longtime couple savored the quality time together as the Chiefs headed east on Saturday for their “Sunday Night Football” clash against the Giants at MetLife Stadium.
Kansas City is looking to shake off its winless start after dropping two straight to the Chargers and Eagles, respectively.
Brittany, who has been married to Mahomes since 2022, traveled to New Jersey two years ago when the Jets lost to the Chiefs in primetime, 23-20.
The mother of three mingled in a suite with Taylor Swift, whose relationship with Kelce had just been revealed.
Kelce and Swift, both 35, announced their engagement in August, with Brittany celebrating the news on social media.
“Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two,” Brittany wrote in an Instagram Story.
Brittany has forged a close friendship with Swift in recent years, with the pop superstar traveling to Nashville earlier this month as part of the KC Current co-owner’s 30th birthday celebrations.
The duo reunited last Sunday at 1587 Prime for Mahomes’ 30th birthday festivities after the Chiefs’ 20-17 loss to the Eagles.
Through two games this season, Mahomes has thrown for 445 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. He’s also added two scores on the ground.
It remains to be seen if Brittany and Swift will be in attendance when kickoff gets underway Sunday at 8:20 p.m.
