Britney Spears was spotted hanging out with an unidentified man in Puerto Rico on Saturday, just a few days after being seen without her wedding ring.
However, a source tells Page Six exclusively that the man is a member of the pop star’s “security personnel.”
In images exclusively obtained by Page Six, Spears, 41, was photographed at a Starbucks in the beachside town of Dorado, wearing a black off-the-shoulder romper.
She appeared to be looking at the menu to order food and, at one point, could be seen taking a sip from her tumbler cup.
An eyewitness tells Page Six that the man, who was dressed in a striped T-shirt, a pair of khaki pants and black cap, was overheard speaking in Spanish.
“[He] ordered and [they] left in the same car together,” the source adds.
A rep for Spears did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment and her husband Sam Asghari’s publicist declined to comment.
However, Page Six exclusively learned earlier this week that there is no trouble in paradise for the duo.
Asghari’s rep, Brandon Cohen of BAC Talent, told us Friday that the “Family Business” actor and “Toxic” singer are not experiencing marital issues despite both ditching their wedding bands earlier this week.
Spears, 41, was photographed at LAX airport Tuesday without her matrimonial bling ahead of a trip with her pal and manager, Cade Hudson.
Asghari, 29, was then photographed without the symbolic piece of jewelry two days later as he walked away from a car valet in Los Angeles.
However, the former fitness trainer’s rep told us exclusively that his client had just taken off the ring because he was filming a movie at the time. We were also told Asghari did not join his wife on vacation because he was busy working.
Asghari also posted a photo of himself from a plane on his Instagram Stories Thursday, where his wedding band was clearly visible in the shot.
Reps for Spears have not addressed why she chose to take off her ring. On Friday, she was once again seen without her giant rock in a video of her dancing with Hudson.
Spears and Asghari have been married for less than a year. They tied the knot in a star-studded wedding at the Grammy winner’s mansion in California in June 2022.
Since then, Asghari has denied several claims that he is “controlling” the singer’s life.
“No, I don’t even control what we have for dinner,” he joked in December 2022.
“You know, in the past, there has been a lot of stuff going on, so I understand where [fans are] coming from.”
On Valentine’s Day, the couple appeared to be going strong as the “Black Monday” actor posted a never-before-seen photo from their big day and sweetly captioned it, “Happy Valentine’s Day to my valentine ♥️.”
Then, in March, Spears posted a birthday tribute for her beau on Instagram, captioning a series of PDA-filled photos of the her and Asghari, “I love you so much and hope you get all your birthday wishes and more ???? !!!
Asghari is Spears’ third husband. She was briefly married to her childhood friend Jason Alexander for an infamous 55 hours in January 2004. She was then married to Kevin Federline, with whom she shares sons Jayden and Sean, from 2004 to 2007.
