Her all-dressed-in-white dreams became her fiancé’s worst nightmare.

Bride-to-be Alessia Neboso, 21, died after undergoing an ill-advised boob job, which she opted to get in the hopes of filling out a bosom-baring bridal gown.

“Her dream was to get married wearing a beautiful low-cut dress that would highlight her new cleavage,” an anonymous friend of the late fiancée, who worked as a beautician near Naples, Italy, told local media, per JamPress.

“Alessia had always had a complex about her small breasts, even though they weren’t really that small. In fact, in my opinion, they were almost perfect,” said the insider. “But she didn’t want to listen to advice and had made up her mind to have it done; she didn’t care what others said.”

The gal pal claims that the deceased’s groom-to-be, Mario Lucchesi, 22, was, too, staunchly against her going under the knife.

“She didn’t even want to listen to her boyfriend; he wasn’t in favor either,” said the woman. “When she came to my house for a manicure, she talked about nothing else, and she was very happy to have found the courage to go to the surgeon.”

Against the wishes of her loved ones, Neboso arranged to have her breasts enlarged at a local clinic on September 11. Following the procedure, the brunette was discharged from the medical facility the same day.

“She was fine until [September] 18th,” said Dr. Feliciano Ciccarelli of the Villa dei Fiori Clinic in Acerra, Italy.

A week after the surgery, Neboso experienced high fever, fatigue, coughing, weakness and gastrointestinal issues.

Her family rushed her to the emergency room on Sept. 20, where she arrived in “critical condition and in ‘code red’” — which typically means a patient is going into cardiopulmonary arrest — Ciccarelli said.

“The colleagues on duty immediately understood that the situation was very serious,” continued the physician. “Her functional indicators were all altered; the kidneys were already failing, her white blood cell count was at 17,000, and she was starting to have difficulty breathing.”

Neboso chose to undergo plastic surgery despite misgivings form her loved ones.

The normal range for a white blood cell count is typically between 4,000 and 11,000 per microliter, according to the Cleveland Clinic. A high white blood cell count typically indicates an infection or inflammation in the body.

Ciccarelli and his team fought to save Neboso’s life.

“We subjected her to all possible tests. We wanted to understand where the sepsis was localized,” said the doctor. “We did an ultrasound and a CT scan of the abdomen, another CT scan of the chest, from which we understood that the problem was coming from the lungs.”

Neboso was eventually stabilized and transported to the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

However, after several hours in the ICU, she went into cardiac arrest and ultimately died.

The Italian belle isn’t the only blushing bride to meet an untimely demise ahead of her nuptials. In May, Wisconsin nearly-wed Paige Ruddy, 19, died of a brain hemorrhage due to smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in her home mere hours before she was scheduled to walk down the aisle.

And in June 2021, a bride in India collapsed and died of a heart attack moments after her wedding began. But the grieving groom reportedly rallied — and married his dead darling’s younger sister once her body was moved to another room.

Neboso’s loved ones have vowed to seek justice in the wake of her death.

Neboso’s heartbroken family, however, is now demanding answers for their “healthy” daughter’s death.

“If there are liabilities, they must come to light. If Alessia died because of the doctors, we want justice,” said her parents. “She was doing great, she was beautiful, young and healthy. They must tell us what happened in that operating room.”

Neboso’s former neighbor, Francesca, 65, explained to an outlet: “On Sunday, she was supposed to attend her niece’s baptism, her sister’s daughter who bore her name.”

“She was overjoyed and now she won’t be able to hold that little girl in her arms,” added the mourner.

Lucchesi, who’d planned to spend the rest of his life with Neboso, took to social media, solemnly swearing to keep their love alive.

Lucchesi has promised to show “no mercy” until the parties responsible for Neboso’s death are held accountable.

“I love you, Alè, no one will ever be able to take your place. You will forever be my woman!,” he wrote in an Instagram caption Sunday. “You are the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me. I will have no mercy on anyone until you get justice.”

“You will always be in my heart and in your family’s,” said Lucchesi. “I love you so much.”
