Here comes the bride!
Most budding brides follow traditions like gathering something old, new, borrowed and blue, or not seeing your soon-to-be spouse before the ceremony.
But one Utah bride decided a morning dance workout with her bridesmaids would kickstart her big day.
Katie Olson Hart recently shared a video of her and her bridesmaids taking a workout class with the title “POV: it’s your wedding morning.”
In the TikTok, Hart, dressed in a white sports bra and matching gym shorts, leads a class with approximately a dozen of her bridesmaids, most of whom are wearing black workout clothes.
While Hart, 21, shared her unusual wedding day workout on March 7, she married her husband, Jackson, in July 2022.
The Utah bride captioned the TikTok, which has been viewed over 4.4 million times, “I highly recommend!!”
TikTok users did not share the same feelings with Hart which prompted many to comment their displeasure with the outlandish idea.
“An Almond mom wedding,” wrote one commenter.
Some users shared what they would do, if they were apart of the bridal party.
“As a bridesmaid, I’ll be cheering you on in the corner with my mimosa,” one person said while another declared an early exit all around. “Would quit the bridal party immediately.”
“No like are you okay girl.”
“Tell me you don’t drink alcohol without telling me you don’t drink alcohol.”

Some commenters took shots at Hart’s home state of Utah.
“Lemme guess, Utah? Lot of Utah Bride vibes,” one commenter said, while another was more kind in their inquiry. “Are you from Utah? Haha so fun,” which Hart confirmed with an emphatic yes.
Others took the more sensical route asking about the type of schedule the ladies had on the big day.
“What time are we starting if first hair appointment is 5:30 am,” a user named Mckenzie questioned, with another commenter suggesting it was for an evening wedding.
“My friend had us do a hot yoga class the morning of her wedding and I sat in the lobby the entire time because I would never recover from that,” influencer Elyse Myers shared of her own experience.
