The road is theirs.
R&B giants (and one name wonders) Brandy and Monica just announced they’re heading out on their first-ever co-headlining run — which they’re calling ‘The Boy Is Mine Tour’ — with special guests Kelly Rowland, Muni Long and 2025 “American Idol” winner Jamal Roberts at arenas all over North America from October through December.
Late in the 24-concert trek, the ’90s icons are slated to swing into New York and New Jersey for a trio of huge gigs.
They’ll begin the mini Northeast leg of the outing at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Thursday, Nov. 20. Right after that, they hit Newark’s Prudential Center and Friday, Nov. 21 and Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall on Saturday, Nov. 22.
“This really is a full-circle moment,” Brandy shared in an official statement. “Monica and I coming together again isn’t just about the music—it’s about honoring where we came from and how far we’ve both come. ‘The Boy Is Mine’ was a defining chapter in R&B, and to share the stage all these years later is bigger than a reunion—it’s a celebration of growth, sisterhood, and the love our fans have given us from day one.”
Their nationwide trek will be Brandy’s first since 2016’s ‘Slayana World Tour;’ most recently, Monica served as support on the first half of Nicki Minaj’s 2024 ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour.’
As for what to expect, the press release says fans will be treated to “a powerful, soul-stirring, and high-energy night of music and vocal brilliance, backed by a live band and special collaborative moments on stage. Each night promises to be more than a concert — a musical milestone.”
Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Brandy and Monica shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for ‘The Boy Is Mine Tour’ is Friday, June 27.
Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
