Enter Brandon Nimmo’s name into the Mets record books.

The outfielder tied a Mets record with nine RBIs against the Nationals on Monday, tying Carlos Delgado’s 2008 mark.

Nimmo’s bonanza began in the sixth inning with a three-run homer off Colin Poche, continued with a grand slam the following inning off Cole Henry, and then added a two-run double in the eighth inning at Nationals Park.

The high day contributed to what was a 15-0 Mets lead after eight, with the outside chance he’s going to get the opportunity to bat again.

A pair of Cardinals hold the MLB single-game RBI record, with Jim Bottomley driving in 12 against the Brooklyn Robins in 1924 and Mark Whiten tying the mark in a 1993 romp against the Reds.

Nimmo, through five at-bats on the day, posted 11 totals based on four hits — a third-inning single began his odyssey — giving rare chase Egardo Alfonso’s franchise mark of 16, accomplished against the Astros on Aug. 30, 1999.
